A new stage for innovators

After the refurbishing of this monumental complex, the old assembly hall has become a Theatre Auditorium that combines both history and the avant-garde. In addition to maintaining and even improving its acoustics, it is become the largest forum in Asturias.

On incorporating other adjoining units to the main body, the new theatre is truly remarkable for the possibilities it offers as a multi-purpose space, ideal for holding conferences, seminars and all kinds of events in a marvellous architectural setting.

The biggest refurbishment job consisted of replacing the old stage box for a new, 440 sq. m one, as well as a spacious, multi-purpose pit capable of accommodating about 90 people.

This quite original setting, of a markedly avant-garde character, is ideally suited to wine receptions, cocktail parties and other encounters.
