- The exterior of the building is accessible.
- The main entrance is level, and the free-flowing area through the plaza, gardens, and arcades is fully accessible.
- The church entrance is not accessible.
- Reserved parking spaces are available near the main entrance of the complex.
Inside the complex
- Reception has a double-height service desk.
- The complex has accessible toilet facilities, including stoma-friendly facilities for people with a stoma.
- There are accessible lifts to go up to the Torre-Mirador and to move between floors in the Theatre.
- The usual entrance to the Auditorium is via the Cafeteria stairs, but there is an alternative accessible entrance. Please contact the security staff upon arrival.
- Some areas included in guided tours for individual visitors are not accessible (Church, Old kitchens, and laundries).
- Guides and audio guides are available in several languages.
- Video sign language guides are available, explaining the complex's content in Spanish Sign Language with subtitles.
- A hearing loop has been installed in the Paraninfo (Great Hall). All screenings at Laboral Cinemateca are equipped with an on-demand hearing accessibility system.
- Both the Theatre and the Paraninfo have reserved spaces for wheelchair users (in the case of the Theatre, also for companions).
- In the Laboral Theatre, a percentage of seats are reserved for people with sensory disabilities, located in rows near the stage.
- Wheelchairs are available for visitors who require them. These can be requested at Reception.
- Through our communication book, people with special communication needs can ask questions and request information.
