* For shows on sale through the Unientradas channel, tickets are also available at the reception desk of the Niemeyer Centre in Avilés and by calling 952 076 262.
Tickets purchased cannot be exchanged or refunded, except in the case of operational issues.
Enquiries about ticket incidents should be sent to eventos@turismoycultura.asturias.es, available on working days from 9:00 to 15:00. Urgent enquiries related to activities or shows taking place on the same weekend will be dealt with at the Laboral Reception via email recepcionlaboral@turismoycultura.asturias.es or by telephone on 985 185 820, which is available from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 15:30 to 20:00. *On 24, 25 and 31 December and 1, 5 (afternoon) and 6 January, there is no customer service.
There are limited booster seats available for children at the Teatro de la Laboral.
